Is my payment a yearly fee for renting the website?
No. Unlike most marketing companies, which usually rent you a website, your payment with us is a one time fee that includes ownership of your site.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes! When you pick your website theme, we provide you a sample of what your site would look like on a mobile device.
What if I already have a domain?
If you already purchased a domain but would like to use one of our templates, we can send you directions on how to point your domain name to our server. Please give us a call at (386) 478-4668, before starting the onboarding form.
When will my website be ready?
Once you complete the information needed for us to proceed, our designers will typically take no more than 5-7 business days to have your website up and running. We need to first review the information you provide to us, to make sure we do not have any questions before we publish your webpage.
Can I pick the domain you purchase on my behalf?
Absolutely . On the onboarding form, we will provide you with a link to pick from available domain names (website names). Next, we will ask you to list the domain names by order of importance. We will purchase one domain name on your behalf not to exceed $15. Upon your request, the domain name that we purchase on your behalf, will be transferred to you (provided that we receive your GoDaddy account information).

Do you make the reputation video for me?
Yes. You will receive an email from us, which contains the online reputation video onboarding link with instructions on what we will need to produce your video. Keep in mind, you will need to have a positive review about your business online, we cannot fabricate reviews.
What if I do not have any testimonials to fill out on the onboarding form?
You can just write “I do not have any” in those fields.

How does your hosting work?
Customers that purchase one of our website packages, will receive 12 months of free hosting. After this 12 month period or anytime during this period, the client is free to transfer their website to any hosting provider of their choice. We will need your GoDaddy information to help you with the transfer.
Will my website be on a dedicated IP?
